1. Introduction
By accessing the website or engaging Need Leads services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
- Services: seller lead generation and paid advertising management services
- Client: a business or individual engaging Services

- User: anyone accessing the Website
3. Use of the Website
You must use the Website lawfully and must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
4. Services
Need Leads provides seller lead generation and paid advertising management services for real estate agents. Need Leads does not guarantee specific leads, listings, appointments, revenue or performance outcomes.
5. Fees and Payment
- Services are billed on a subscription basis unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Ad spend is paid directly by the Client to Meta.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
- Need Leads may suspend access and service delivery where invoices remain unpaid.
6. Referral Credits
- $100 per successful referral
- Applied as subscription credit only
- Maximum 3 months per referral
- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Subject to change with notice
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain funded ad accounts and platform access
- Respond promptly to inbound leads
8. Intellectual Property
Website content remains the property of Need Leads. Clients receive a limited licence to use deliverables for their business purposes, subject to payment and these Terms.
9. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential information secure and must not disclose it except where required for service delivery or by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Need Leads’ total liability is capped at fees paid by the Client in the previous 3 months. Need Leads is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Indemnity
The Client indemnifies Need Leads against losses arising from Client breach, unlawful instructions, or misuse of services and ad platforms.
12. Term and Termination
- Minimum term: 90 days (unless otherwise agreed)
- After minimum term: 30 days’ written notice to terminate
- Need Leads may terminate or suspend for material breach or non-payment
13. Privacy
Your use of our Services and Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy at ./privacy-policy.html.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
15. Changes to Terms
Need Leads may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from publication on this page.
